Z856 New Hose System
The HASCO programme of hoses has
been extended by the addition of the
following types of hose:
- Z852: NBR hose
- Z856/ 1 x: PTFE smooth surface
hose with metallic braided sleeving
- Z856/ 2 x: PTFE corrugated hose with metallic braided sleeving
These hoses are available both in standard and special sizes.

- Temperature-resistant from - 40°C to +100°C.
- Ozone-resistant
- Suitable for the following media: Air, oil and water
- For use in cooling systems.
Z856 / 1 x PTFE smooth surface hose
Z856 / 2 x PTFE corrugated hose - High levels of mechanical abrasion and vibration resistance.
- Hydraulically pressed.
- Temperature-resistant to 260°C.
- Suitable for the following media: air, gas, steam, oil, chemicals
- Hose is approved for the food industry.
- Z856/ 2 x: extremely small bend radii, ideally-suited e.g. for short connections in cooling systems.
Z852 /. . . NBR hose
The NBR hoses Z 852 are available in standard lengths without pressing and in special lengths with hydraulic pressing. The PTFE hoses Z 856 are supplied hydraulically pressed. They can be supplied either in standard sizes or in special sizes (see special order form).
