Z412 Ejector Pin, Plasma-Nitrided
The new HASCO ejector pin Z 412
is an addition to the proven ejector
range. The Z 412 is much
“more wear resistant” than conventional
ejector pins due to the special oxidation
coating. This helps to achieve optimum
service lives in injection-, compressionand
diecast moulds.

- longer service lives than nitrided standard ejectors
- excellent dry run properties and high corrosion protection due to oxidised surface
- HASCO recommends the use of the new special lubricating grease A7002. This achieves maximum service lives.
- Easy to shorten without destroying the coating.
