Z3600 Collapsible Core
The HASCO Z 3600 Collapsible
core is used preferably for demoulding
threads and internal undercuts on
cylindrical mouldings in injection
moulds.

Application Example
The mould is open. The moveable side is in the home position.
The intermediate plate and stripper plate travel distance “H1”. The moving segments move together and release the moulding. Stroke “H1” is restricted. The dimension is determined by HASCO according to the collapsible core diameter “d1” and the undercut “t1” to be moulded.
The stripper plate travels distance "H2" and the moulding is stripped-off from the core.
