Z3300 Techni Shot Series
The universal nozzle range Z 3310
has been extended by the Z 33201
and Z 33202 universal nozzles with
torpedo tips.
The universal nozzles are particularly
suitable for small cavity centre-to-centre
distances and are preferably used in
injection moulds in conjunction with hot
runners Z 106 and Z 10600.

Features:
- New generation of nozzles for all areas of application as well as reinforced and commodity plastics.
- Cavity centre-to-centre distance ≥ 16 mm.
- There is a choice of 6 diameters ranging from 16 mm to 50 mm. The nozzles are available in lengths of 50 to 200 mm.
- Z 3340 can also be used as a shut-off nozzle providing precise needle guiding in conjunction with Z 107
- Straight flow of plastics through the central channel to the gate due to external heating.
- Optimum temperature control due to titanium insulation.
