Z3145 Valve gate nozzle
The HASCO valve gate nozzles
Z 3145 have been developed
specially for manifold valve gate
applications in the packing industry.
They are used in connection with the
pneumatic needle valves Z 10750 and are suitable for processing
polyolefins and common plastics for
the packing industry. For the operator of injection moulding
machines, the use of valve gate
systems offers considerable advantages regarding process control, gate quality,
cycle time and product quality.

- Very good colour change behaviour.
- Needle guidance in the nozzle head.
- Needle adjustable from the rear, without disassembly of the hot runner distributor.
- Needles can be blocked separately when individual cavities are switched off.
- Minimum needle stroke avoids wear in the needle guidance and needle.
