Z48700/... New Marking Inserts
Hasco has recently introduced a completely new design of stainless steel marking inserts, including a mini version for tiny parts. These new inserts come in a variety of sizes starting as small as 2.6 mm diameter. They are offered in several different marking options including year, month, weekday and shift to name a few of the options available. They can also be adjusted and replaced from the mould parting line in the machine. |
Flat Stock
Major extension to HASCO's range of flat steel
HASCO has significantly extended its flat steel range. The P5600 grade has been integrated into the higher-precision F range. Customers now have a choice of well over 3,000 available sizes. All dimensions are grouped together under one order number, enabling the required ready-to-use sizes to be found easily and quickly.
Hasco's range of flat steel products has also been extended by many new materials. Two examples are the highly polishable case hardening steel 1.2162 and the through-hardening cold work steel 1.2363, which is additionally noted for its extremely high wear resistance.
The pre-hardened and tempered chromium stainless steel 1.2099 is now also available as precision flat steel. This material has excellent machining properties, very good dimensional stability and outstanding corrosion resistance.
All the dimensions and tolerances are oriented to practical applications and conform to DIN 59350. Special mention should be made of the customer-friendly service of the online ordering system at a fixed price. This is a major advantage because Hasco does not additionally charge the alloy surcharges as other suppliers do.

This latch is a popular choice by many customers because of its enormous strength and reliability provided by the double side locking system. Capable of accurately pulling apart plate sequences on moulds, die cast tools, jigs and machine assemblies, this unit is available in 3 sizes with over measures in length for adjusting to the exact application. Price changes
Dear Valued HASCO America Customer:
Due to increases in raw material costs, transportation and depreciation of the Dollar against the Euro we are forced to raise the cost of our products.
We have avoided raising our prices for as long as possible, but we can no longer prolong the inevitable. Our new prices will go into effect March 16, 2009. Any orders placed between now and March 16, 2009 will be honored at the lower prices.
