• The Clamp:

Includes a Bridge frame design provides solid foundation for precise mold alignment under pressure while allowing for flexibility in mold size and automation. The Low-friction, dual linear bearings guiding the moving platen provide more accurate mold alignment and less mold wear. A Programmable 5-step mold protection is highly sensitive – a unique hydraulic circuit counter-balances the force of gravity on the moving platen.The optional quick mold mounting system on moving platen reduces downtime when changing molds.

• The Injection Unit:

Engel’s innovative twin-cylinder design separates the screw drive from the injection cylinders for more compact and reliable injection. A single-point adjustable nozzle centerline allows for fast and easy changeover from mold to mold, and the swiveling injection unit and quick barrel change system makes material or color changeover quick and easy.

• The Rotary Table:

Incorporates an optional rotary coupling for a simplified supply of services to the mold. The standard reciprocating or indexing (CW or CCW) table motion. 2, 3 & 4 station tables are available. The ejector position is easily relocated, with an optional second ejector available.
