Auto mold protection is a standard feature on the e-motion machine, which makes mold protection both easy and reliable. Through a piezoelectric pressure sensor mounted on the toggle lever, the CC100 is able to automatically ascertain the required pressure profile during the closing stroke. Overriding this profile is a selectable maximum permissible tolerance, which is compared to the actual pressure, and stops the machine immediately if the permissible tolerance is exceeded.
